Certificate of Sponsorship

We offer expert HR support throughout the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) application process, ensuring full compliance with UK immigration regulations. Our HR retainer includes assistance with Sponsorship Licence applications, researching and outlining expected costs for licences, CoS, and visa applications, managing CoS applications, supplying sponsorship agreement documentation and contractual wording, and providing ongoing support throughout the entire process.
We partner with Impact Lawyers who provide employment law advice from a qualified lawyer, along with independent workplace investigations, training, and coaching. Their support ensures that you receive responsive and proactive support to address challenges effectively.

With over 12 years of experience in HR, Carey Smith has dedicated her career to providing HR support to businesses, helping them create thriving, people-focused workplaces. Her passion lies in building strong communities through strategic HR solutions that empower teams and drive growth. Carey leads Moo HR, a consultancy built on the values of integrity, collaboration, and helping others succeed. Supported by a dedicated team that shares her vision, Moo HR partners with organisations to simplify HR, provide ongoing HR retainer services, foster positive cultures, and make a real difference in the lives of employees and the communities they serve, including support for farmers. Outside of work, Carey is a keen equestrian, a long-time Spaniel lover (for all her sins!), and the proud granddaughter and niece of Welsh farmers, which fuels her commitment to supporting UK agriculture. In her spare time, she is also an advocate for young farmers, championing initiatives and training that support the next generation in agriculture and strengthening rural communities.
